Job Description:
• Analyze requirements of the jobs to be
filled, source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, and
internal databases.
• Review resumes, conduct interviews against defined criteria and record the outcome.
• Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and social media.
• Coordinate all phases of interviews and joining process.
• Maintain candidate recruitment call sheets, resume database and performance reports.
• Establish and manage vendor relationships.
• Provide a high level of customer service and quality throughout the recruiting process.
